COMPANY

The Company Guarniturificio Brunero began its activity in Turin in the Fifties.

Manufacturing gaskets for faucets and hydraulic systems in general.

Later the company specialized in the manufacturing of rubber and foams. Then, thanks to the high-quality of its production, the company started to supply their own products to important groups and companies in the electrical appliance and compressed air sectors.

From the Seventies, the high level of company Know-How led to an increase in production and special parts for the automotive, motorcycle, medical and food industries were added to our already consolidated range of products for the air-conditioning and sound-proofing sectors, obtaining relevant results.

The increase in business and positive feedback from satisfied customers led to the decision to increase the manufacturing capacity and to modernize and reorganize the production plant. Due to lack of space we were unable to extend our plant in Turin and had to search for a new location. In 1997 we acquired a newly - built plant in the first belt of Turin.

This factory with an area of 1500m2 is in the industrial zone of the town of Druento.

Besides the purchase of modern machinery, a project to reorganize the company was developed to adapt the Quality System to the regulations laid down by the Norm ISO 9000 in order to obtain the UNI EN ISO:9002 certification.

The certification of the Quality System was obtained at the beginning of 2000 and in the same year we also obtained conformity to the standard "Valeo 1000" in compliance with the EAQF/94, acknowledgements of the professionalism and seriousness of all our company's staff and workers. As a crowning glory for all the work carried out in the ambit of Quality Guarantee, in 2003 the company, audited by the certification authority Cer.To, obtained the extension of its Quality System to the Norm UNI EN ISO 9007:2000 thus conforming to the most recent standards at European level. The company has continued to direct its attention on the current norms (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008) and is aiming at the next target, UNI ISO/TS 16949.
